Different SSO IDPs per tenant in a multi-tenant setup?

Assumptions:
  • a "tenant" is an organization that manages their own users and domain on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Okta etc
  • they want to configure their own SSO "connections" (e.g. for Microsoft/EntraID it requires "their" domain tenant ID to be specified in addition to "our" application client id)
Can I create such connections in a not-hard-coded way, so that the user first selects the tenant, then sees the authentication methods available for that tenant. E.g. the tenant might disable the email/password authentication completely.
