Cannot access instance within LAN
I followed the quickstart instructions and got started. I can access immich through by browser on the server device. However, I can't access it on my local devices connected to the same WiFi. I've tried visiting 172.18.0.5:2283. Ping says "packet filter" and curl just gives me "Conection timed out". Any ideas?
Note that in compose.log, I tried to access my immich instance from my mobile devices after 8:01 PM; there's nothing in the logs beyond that point.
