Can I sync dates and times from photos in Immich from Photos app?
Setup:
Is there a way I can re-sync the albums, or analyze what is wrong?
- Self hosted immich server on rpi4, latest version v1.134.0 (same issue on previous version)
- iOS Immich app (latest update)
- I'm trying to backup my photos to Immich from iPhone -> everything works fine, BUT then only SOME of the uploaded images have the wrong date and time. Like 1 in 10 images will have their date and time shifted by years, some will appear to be created today (5yr old pictures). It is not consistent and not practical for manual correction - too many of them. I did not find any option to re-sync the photos from the albums.
- Images with wrong dates and times have the right date and time in the photos iOS app.
- Reinstalling the iOS Immich app (twice) and rebooting iPhone
- Deleting backup folder on rpi, uploading images from ground up (twice)
Is there a way I can re-sync the albums, or analyze what is wrong?
