looks like something in your profile might have gone wrong - go to
%appdata%\ficsit
and drop profiles.json
herehm nope that looks normal
@Mircea any idea what could cause this?
the last thing i did in smm was clicking one of the buttons next to a mods name
cant remember which one tho
I don't think that should be the cause of the crash, but that's still an interesting error
Crashes won't get saved to the logs unfortunately
right, could be a webview thing then I guess
might be worth a try
>reinstallwebview
The Webview2 runtime on your system is broken somehow. You can properly clean it up using https://github.com/ShadowWhisperer/Remove-MS-Edge/raw/refs/heads/main/Remove-EdgeWeb.exe, then reinstall it using the Evergreen Bootstrapper from https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/?form=MA13LH#download. You may need to run the Bootstrapper as admin for it to succeed.
this wont kill my pc right?
no
what do i choose here?

the left one
still crashes

, make a backup of it, it contains your profilesEUREKA
i pasted that back in again and now its broken again, seems like a file somewhere is broken
At least you know which folder to delete to fix it!
For recreating your profile - you can get a list of the IDs of the mods in your profile by opening profile.json in there, alternatively loading a save where you don't have the mods installed should tell you what's missing
Have you managed to get everything sorted now?
smm doesnt crash anymore, got most of my mods back and the games running, i take it as a win
some exceptionally good help
We try, thanks!
no wall of text, all the important stuff is marked, just great
