Can't see any mods listed in "Mods Savegame Settings"?

Since the latest patch (1.1.0.5) I'm unable to see any mods listed in the "Mods Savegame Settings" menu (I have several mods that should have items in there).

I've tried disabling the two suggested mods with no difference.
