Starboard doesn't post starred messages
When a message has enough star reactions (it's set to three reacts), the bot doesn't post into their designated channel. The bot doesn't respond when I ping it, but does respond when using the /ping command. I don't understand what's wrong, since the bot was working just fine a month ago.

that might be your problem
what permissions do I need?
send messages (in the starboard channel), view channel & read message history (everywhere)
any channel where it doesn't respond to a ping is missing
send messages and/or view channelalright, that worked. I didn't have the read message history permission enabled on the Starboard role, so that's why I was having trouble.
