Upgrade from 1.117.0 to 1.133. breaks the webinterface

Hi all, I recently upgraded my immich installation on debian server. I migrated the docker-compose.yml after the upgrade like it is mentioned in the breaking change. However, every docker container seems to work wonderfully (at least the state is healthy), but I cannot access the GUI anymore and mobile app connections are broken. Is this a known issue?
