Failed to create upload/encoded-video/.immich

I'm pretty frustrated since the last updates the immich created more and more problems on my truenas system.
I'm running TrueNas Scale 25.04.1 on a i5 64GB Ram and 4 Drives (2x 3,5" HDD and 2x 2,5" SSD)
After the migration from icloud to immich and manually filtering duplicates etc I discovered that the smart search wasn't working - Logs said "but cache directory does not exist " after trying to download the models.
Ignoring that an update arrived and after that all fell apart - Now the immich app won't even start anymore. I checked the permissions, datasets etc. I deleted the datasets, created new ones and installed immich from scratch, I even installed Truenas completely new.
But NO, the app won't deploy anymore because of this error:

Please help me - I'm absolutely clueless what's going on and what needs fixing
