Adjust style of external links (such as color, background)
I run the Keynotathlon Wiki at keynotathlon.wikioasis.org and I have crafted a CSS which has colored links to pages in a light rainbow background.
However, this does not seem to apply to external links. Unlike page links, external links just have plain blue text without a background, thus making them hard to read. How could I adjust the styling of external links, such as the color or background of them?
