We need more information to help you. Before launching the game again, open the Mod Manager and use the "Generate debug info" option, then send the zip file produced here in this channel.
If you need to access older log files, see https://docs.ficsit.app/satisfactory-modding/latest/faq.html#Files_Logs

SMM queries the APIs of the EPIC and Steam game store apps to determine where your game is. If you moved its location after installation manually, your installer client will not know where it is. You will need to reinstall your game through your store client so that it is in a known location. This will not affect your saves.
no
it wont show repository
thats the issue
Just to make sure, can you start your game through Steam?
yes
:hmm:
I don't see any network issue
are you able to possibly send a version you know works?
don't use a cloud sync system like onedrive as a steam library folder
a what now?
c:\Users\river\OneDrive\Desktop\steamapps\common\Satisfactory
your game is installed in a microsoft onedrive synced folderhow do i fix that?
Thanks, Robb. Helps a lot
thats not the issue...
its the fact that the mod manager wont connect to ficsit.app
that has nothing to do with the actual game location
i just installed the manager
I think SMM doesn't work properly when the game files are in a cloud system
I don't see anything in the logs that indicates why the network connection failed, so I can't really help with that. but the game files being in a cloud sync folder will almost certainly cause random problems later
