iOS Photos/Video Permissions
When I installed the Immich app on iOS, it never sent a permission request, meaning I couldn't backup. I have reinstalled the app multiple times and checked that it works on other devices (Android, since I don't have a second iOS device). For context, I am using Immich to backup all of the photos on the phone since the phone is almost at max storage (idk if that helps). Thanks in advance.

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like fdisk -l and df -h).
- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
- Any other information that you think might be relevant.

When I open the backup page, it only shows the redirect page
When I go to settings, there is no option for photos
Which I think means that a permission request was never issued

To add on, the phone is one OS update behind because there is not enough storage.
Does that mean 17.x or 18.x ?
