Weird tryPromise behavior

export const logout = Effect.tryPromise({
  try: () => SessionManager.logout(),
  catch: (err) => new Error(`Logout failed: ${err}`),
});


If I call this once, it works, then if i refresh the page and this gets triggered again, my call is timing out.

I do see the code is properly calling the endpoint and the timeout in that code is seemingly timing out which makes me think its maybe something odd with the server i'm calling but again never seen this before with it so its odd.

I do not think this is Effect, but I have never seen this behavior when calling the promise alone. i'll debug this more tomorrow but curious if anyone has seen this before?

Do I need to do something different if the promise i'm returning from tryPromise has a time out in it?
