📊 1. Leaderboard Placement & Categories
The current leaderboard is placed too far from the spawn and often goes unnoticed.
Suggestion: Move it to a visible spot right next to the spawn so all players see it upon joining.
Also, please expand the leaderboard with multiple categories:
- 🏆 Top Clans
- ⏱️ Top Active Players
- ⚔️ Most Kills
- 💰 Most Cash Earned
🛒 2. Shop Balance & Functionality
The shop is underused due to unbalanced pricing and the inability to sell many items.
Example: You can buy ores but can’t sell them, making mining feel unrewarding.
Totems, which take a lot of effort to obtain, sell for less than 5 taka this makes no sense.
Suggestions:
Rebalance item values to reflect rarity and effort.
Ensure all ores and rare items are sellable.
Make the server shop the central economy hub, rather than relying heavily on the Auction House (AH).
🚫 3. Auction House Scam Risk
Players are able to rename junk items and scam others through shulkers or chests.
Example: I bought a shulker supposedly filled with elytras , it turned out to be renamed glass.
There’s currently no system to track or report the seller.
🛡️ 4. Clan System Has No Direction
Clans currently serve no competitive purpose.
Players are unsure what to do after forming them.
Suggestions:
Introduce Clan Wars or Faction Territory Control:
Clans compete for zones, loot, or special buffs.
Add a clan leaderboard and ranking system.
This will increase engagement, competition, and cooperation between players.

The server has frequent crashes or lag spikes.
This causes item loss, disconnects, and general frustration.
Suggestions:
Identify and fix performance bottlenecks (redstone farms, plugin overloads, etc.).
Consider better hardware or server hosting.
Add rollback protections to reduce loss during downtime.

🧱 6. Black Market Is Too Easy to Exploit
Players can simply AFK for 2–3 hours and unlock everything the Black Market offers.
This creates a game state where:
Food becomes irrelevant
Survival is too easy
Perks make players nearly immortal
Suggestions:
Require active gameplay to unlock high-value perks (e.g. events, boss fights, PvE challenges).
Rebalance perks to avoid making the game too easy or removing challenge entirely.
💀 7. Item Keep System Removes All Risk
Players never lose items, even if they die in lava or PvP.
This has led to:
- No fear of dying
- Gear inflation
- A loss of survival/grind incentive
Suggestions:
Introduce a cost-based item recovery system:
Example: Die with 1 million worth of items → pay 300k to recover them.
If players can’t or don’t pay, they lose items like normal.
This creates a healthy risk-reward loop and brings back the survival aspect.

1. I think the leaderboard would look great on the white stage at spawn. It’s a central spot, easy to notice.
2. No need to remove the shop , it’s actually important. Just take out the redstone section and rebalance the prices on the rest. And yeah, you were right about point 2 in most cases.
3. I don’t think that feature is a good idea, since players who aren’t on Discord won’t be able to use it. Might feel a bit unfair.
4. Ghogra is annoying, sure, but it’s what keeps the crown competitive and on edge and that’s a good thing. Maybe instead of removing it, we could limit it to 3 wars per season with 25 day gaps in between. That gives clans time to prepare while also cutting down on drama.
5. We really appreciate all the work you’re putting in. It’s obvious you’re giving it your all, you spent the whole day on the server yesterday. Thank you, seriously ☺️.

7. How about adding a cooldown for item-keep for new players? Like, a 2-day period. Also, maybe add a system to ban multiple accounts from the same IP , would help reduce AFK farming and new player id abuse.Also adding soul-binding to black market items sounds smart. That way, even if someone bypasses the alt ban system, they won’t be able to transfer or use black market gear on their main.
