The Webview2 runtime on your system is broken somehow. You can properly clean it up using https://github.com/ShadowWhisperer/Remove-MS-Edge/raw/refs/heads/main/Remove-EdgeWeb.exe, then reinstall it using the Evergreen Bootstrapper from https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/?form=MA13LH#download. You may need to run the Bootstrapper as admin for it to succeed.

If you have python you can probably download the source code of that and run it like that, unless windows defender still won't like it

And from an admin command prompt run
Path\To\The\setup.exe --uninstall --msedgewebview --system-level --force-uninstall
Hopefully that's enough to get the webview installer to then install properly
If that still does doesn't work, there's also https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ShadowWhisperer/Remove-MS-Edge/refs/heads/main/Batch/Both.bat, which you should save as a file and run as admin, but I think that one also removes the Edge itself, not just Edge WebView which is what is broken, but you can reinstall edge from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/download?form=MA13FJ (or windows might install it back on its own, because it's windows)Is this install silently? or what because its dont do anything or ...
That is an old webview installer, but the arguments force it to uninstall, rather than install
If that ran without any error shown in command prompt (or an error popup), it might have worked correctly, so you can try the second part of the bot's message, which is reinstalling webview after that uninstalled it

Actually it seems to save it as a .txt, so you have to select all files and make sure it's saved as Edge.bat, not Edge.bat.txt

I really need to work on adding the option to just bundle webview with SMM, because it seems like the webview install process just gets more broken...
The whole point of webview was that windows just has it installed and working by default, so apps can use it without bundling the 100MB of webview, but here we are...

how can I see where my mods is?
The mods are in your game install dir, under FactoryGame\Mods
You can remove the files there and install the updates to your mods through SMM, just to make sure all mods are up to date
