Clones of Github Account???
Note these three are of all the same account I use for GitHub, I noticed this when I was setting up 2FA for Gitlab.
I don't think it's supposed to do this.

Seeing multiple or cloned entries for the same GitHub account in Ente Auth when setting up 2FA for GitLab can happen if you have added separate 2FA tokens for different services or instances related to that account. Ente Auth stores each 2FA token individually, so if you set up 2FA for GitHub and GitLab separately—even if they use the same account name—you will see multiple entries.
This behavior is expected because each service generates its own unique 2FA secret and Ente Auth treats them as distinct entries. You can manage or remove duplicates manually within the app if needed.
For more details on managing your 2FA codes and features like scanning QR codes or exporting/importing tokens, you can refer to https://help.ente.io/auth/features#scan-qr and https://help.ente.io/auth/migration-guides/export.
