The mod makes a marker at (I think) 0,0,0 if nothing is found

It doesn't for me, if you mean the mod from Andre

Yeah, I'm aware of that bug. I just need it to make no marker if nothing is found. The problem is just because nothing was found it doesn't mean there are no more items, just none within range
