It'd be a huge pain in the ass but what if they pull like chogall from hots for fusions: it's two players controlling a character in tandem with their own separate abilities iirc
If they were gonna do gogeta it would have to be using this method^ and it would probably need to be timed like say a minute or 2 in fusion and that's all you get because while a fusion would be broken I could see being down a fighter as a problem if it lasted the whole match which would also make it to where players will have to plan their fusion strategically both in timing and placement to maximize its use
Another reason I think the tandem thing would need to be for him is because having a gogeta on the same team as a Goku or Vegeta would just look really wierd
I got 30 minutes in the game rolled everything and got the outfits felt accomplished and went to play my first game
