Attaching Telemetry to Forked Effects Independent of Parent Lifecycle

Hi, any one have any idea on how to attach telemetry to forked effects which is not dependent on parent/request lifecycle? currently, i am maunally creating a span for a request cycle like this in the middleware, i want to somehow link spans which are currentRequestSpan, and spans of forked effects
