I want to filter everyone who doesn't have ella as an onboarder because that means that they don't have a national chapter so onboarders should actually reach out to them.

Right now they know they have to ignore it but if it didn't appear in the first place in the onboarding channel it would be better.

Also: I think we want to let them know only when they verified their email if possible. (so people don't reach out to new joiners who don't even check their inbox (which i suppose is low actual interest))

If we don't solve 2 and do 1, I worry the N8N automation could trigger sometimes before the email is assigned (the Airtable automation)

Well, it would be better probably if we would only showed in the pipeline the people that verified their emails. There's an automation on Airtable that triggers then, I don't have idea if we can send a signal to N8N from there.

I've also checked if the reason was that people were joining after filling up the form but that doesn't seem to be the case (at least I think superwojtek joined beforehand)

But I think that would be a common problem, we could check all table records or from the last 10 days, not just new ones

Oh no I'm confused - it was sent through wise, but received on bunq. We only use wise for payments.
