Veinminer hotkey not working
I downloaded both veinminer and veinminer hotkey for fabric. I set the hotkey to "-". I am on a macbook
when i used the hotkey, it said that veinminer is not installed. However the veinminer is working.

Did you play in singleplayer or on a server? If you should play on server, veinminer is required there too to work. Otherwise, please tell me your Veinminer & Fabric versions
single player, ill get version shortly
Otherwise we can skip that step if playing in singleplayer and you could share your client logs then :)

Your client (the minecraft program) creates a file that logs a lot of useful information like mods, versions, errors, ...
Where you can find it depends on your launcher. What do you use to launch minecraft?

not quite, those are logs from the launcher, minecraft itself creates it own ones. I cant tell you the path on mac exactly, but if you launch minecraft and click on the Open Resourcepack Folder (inside the resourcepack menu), you can go one folder back and then into the
logs folder. There will be a latest.log filethese are the 2 from today
and this on
the last one is perfect :)
So, i can not reproduce this issue but you can try updating fabric api, its pretty old. Otherwise i would have no idea why the join packet fails
