Install Blueprint, now all the modules/theme I had installed are not showing.

reinstall them @! it's Delta
blueprint -install EXTENSIONNAME
I had trouble installing Blueprint at first, which may fix that.
The thing is that the modules I had did not use Blueprint
blueprint is not compatible with non-blueprint scripts
Oh...
And now? How can I delete it?
