Machines not filling to 100%
All my machines aren't filling to 100% capacity, this machine in particular is only filing to 3x the requirements.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? or have a solution, I have a couple of mods but nothing that should affect ui or caps.

To me that certainly looks like a mod... I can't remember right off the top of my head which mod/s I had used once that limited that
These are the mods I have installed, the only one I thought might be an issue was the throughput counter and limiter but removing it didn't have any effect
Hmm Yeah I am not seeing any thing there that would seem to cause that and nothing that rings a bell as to limiting the intake
I do know it is not the Counter and Limiter for sure

You are quite welcome The only problem will be any of the Smart Machines you placed will probably have to be replaced with standard machines
Meaning once you disable the mod the machines asscoiated with that mod will disappear
