Ello! What're folks doing to hook into the connection lifecycle event of new websocket connections via

RpcServer.layerProtocolWebsocket

? Seems like detecting new IDs via the following is the way to go?

protocol.run(
  (clientId: number, data: FromClientEncoded) =>
    Effect.Effect<void>
)

protocol.run(
  (clientId: number, data: FromClientEncoded) =>
    Effect.Effect<void>
)

Or maybe middleware on the HttpServer to check for upgraded requests?
