Custom Email Template Not Applied – Still Receiving Default English Email

Hi Supabase team,
I’m experiencing an issue with the Auth email templates in my project.
I have updated the “Confirm signup” email template under Authentication > Emails.
The preview shows my custom (Turkish) template with only a single deep link for my iOS app.
I have saved the changes and tested with multiple new email addresses.
However, the emails I receive are still the default English template with the code and “Confirm your email address” link.
I am not using any external mail provider (SendGrid, Resend, etc.), only Supabase’s built-in email system.
I have checked that I’m editing the correct project and the correct template.
All other email templates are untouched (default).
I have tried clearing cache, using different browsers, and waiting for more than 30 minutes, but the issue persists.
Is there a known issue with custom email templates not being applied, or is there something else I should check?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
