I am trying to put in the code but it not working is that due to my using the app on my phone or am I just not doing it right

I have look in the flap and manuals and codes
I am using an Sony Android phone
doesn't matter if on phone or watch, you're doing it wrong
cant offer much help aside from that as again, it's a secret code for now
