SMM not opening or downloading properly
i I really need some help im no computer guru so please explain in simple ways. I have played satisfactory for years had a break and now im back. However after I did the update 1.1 and installed the new mods every went wrong . Computer froze wouldn't turn on so had it fixed by a shop. So now it's working. I downloaded steam again then satisfactory all good and game opens . Now I've downloaded the mod manager but it just won't even open it just comes up with a error saying it can't find things ??? Please someone good on computers help me out I just want to play a game .. thanks all

Something has caused your profile file to become corrupted. Please do the following:
1. Go to the Mod Manager profiles folder on your computer
2. Upload the files here so we can try to find out what went wrong.
3. Delete the profile files so the mod manager can open again.
4. Install the Satisfactory Mod Loader mod, then try to load your save file. This will produce a warning message telling you what mods you had installed when you last played the save file. If the message is too long, the game's log files will contain the full list....

To take a screenshot, press windows key, shift, and s at the same time, then drag the box around what you want to send. Once you have done that, you can press ctrl+v to paste the image into discord, then send.

open up windows explorer and paste this in the address bar
%appdata%\ficsit\It's like I need someone on teams video or something to help lol .
I don't mind paying someone if they can fix it i just want to get back on my game lol

It's already cost me £100 to get pc fixed after it broke last time I tried this
Well did the powershell mod for Refined power
The thing that you fixed caused this issue, rather than the other way around

Cool, drag and drop profiles here
now delete it in the folder
Done
now open up SMM
and install any one of the mods you were using
(you can install all of them if you can remember what they were)
just make sure not to install any red (or probably yellow) ones
You are a genius mate why is it so difficult for me lol . If you want to know how to weld or scuba dive i can teach you but computers im useless
lol I'll keep that in mind!
The game should tell you if you're missing any mods when you try to load your save, hopefully all should be pretty obvious from here 🙂
When I started this new save I was clever enough to take a picture of what mods I was using 😁
