Generating a lot of stress

I don't know what to do, I'm generating a lot of stress in my database and I really don't know how to solve it, I'm using lovable for this. Does anyone know of a prompt to solve this problem or for it to actually find the cause of it? In all the ways I've tried it seems to have helped me, but when I'm observing... it's generating more and more stress.
