Relations Manager make the Edit page as a Tab?

How do I make the form inside the tab instead? So in the tabs I can have Group, Departments, Users ?

No, the simple answer is you cannot. Because the tabs are relationship managers. @o.m what you will want to do is not use relationship managers, instead use ManageRelatedRecords pages and use a cluster to group them one for the Group form, one for the users and one for department

You don't really it's about 15-30 minutes of work moving from relation manages to ManageRelatedRecords. But that's completely up to you.
