tmodloader refuses to load mods on linux

so i've started using linux for around 3 months at this point, i've tried running tml on linux mint and that failed, i thought it'd be only mint, but then i switched to endeavourOS and the game still refuses to load any mods whatsoever. specifically the "Configuring: <modname>" the MOMENT it reaches calamity which's the first big mod the game literally just crashes. i don't know what's going wrong either. i don't have proton enabled, i tried using it as well. both instances failed. i tried verifying the integrity of my files, but then when i launched the game the issue still persisted

this issue is obviously not apparent in vanilla terraria

In Steam right click on tModLoader in the library, then hover over Manage and click on Browse local files. In the folder that appears find tModLoader-Logs and open that folder. Inside that folder are the logs files. Select them all except the Old folder and drag them into this chat. Are you able to load into a world with no mods enabled?

Alternatively you may just be running out of RAM, disable Cal, Infernum, and WOTG and try loading in with just your QoL mods and see
