Services Being Restricted - But Under Storage Quota
In May I downgraded by Supabase plan from Pro to Free. I also cleaned out and deleted my buckets - leaving just one well under 1 GB.
But all throughout May I was seeing a warning about being over quota. So I wrote to Supabase support twice. The second time I wrote they replied:
"Thank you for reaching out, and I appreciate you taking proactive steps to address the storage usage by removing the excess data bucket.
Why you're still seeing the warning: The grace period warning you're seeing is tied to your billing cycle timing. Even though you've successfully removed the bucket, the warning will persist until the current billing period ends and your usage metrics reset.
What this means for your service: As long as you remain below the storage size limits by the end of your current billing period (which you can monitor at https://supabase.com/dashboard/org/trhisppzcmhdrhrcftxh/usage), your organization will not be restricted. Based on your description, it sounds like you're already in good shape.
Understanding the policy: This follows our Fair Use Policy, which allows for temporary overages as long as usage returns to within limits by the billing cycle end.
Additional resources: For future reference, you can find detailed guidance on managing storage usage in our documentation.
If you continue to see issues after that point, please let me know.
Thanks
Pamela
Supabase team"
So I didn't do anything extra - what else could I do anyway?
Today, however, the sword has fallen and my services are being restricted. Supabase dashboard STILL reports I am over quota although this is not the case.
What should I do?
