Server not reachable on android

I am trying to connect to Immich V1.135.3 from my android. I have v1.135.1 installed, and get the server is not reachable message. I recently moved, and my original endpoint has changed. Prior to moving I was connected to my router via ethernet cable, and now I am on Wi-Fi, whether this makes a difference or not, I am not sure. I am not able to access Immich on my phone browser either
