FixReliableBufferOverflow missing
Decided to come back to my modded save after who knows how long and I come across a warning:

I do not see anything that would be related to Liquid Buffers or Belt Congestion... Unless this is a code Buffer which had problems but not anymore.

Solution
From what I have read the reliable buffer overflow was fixed or mostly fixed in 1.1. You are correct that it was a code buffer. That mod was meant to correct in past versions of the game.
