Looking for Examples to Mount Effect RPC/HttpAPI on Cloudflare or Next.js API Endpoints
Is there a example for how can i mount Effect RPC / HttpAPI to cloudflare, nextjs api endpoint etc? https://hono.dev/docs/getting-started/vercel#_2-hello-world kind a looking for the "handler" pattern we all familiar from hono, trpc etc.
