Misaligned pipe connection

Originally posted here: https://discord.com/channels/555424930502541343/555516979260293132/1389748961258111177 @Muppet Burrito Building a tank farm using your tanks, and discovered that when snapping a pipe from one tank to another, the pipe does not line up with the connectors. I also had to raise the junctions by three micro nudges to get them to line up correctly. I don't know if they would have worked correctly in the initial placement.
