serverless payment
We’re seeing unexpected charges on our RunPod account related to Serverless usage.
On checking the usage logs:
- Only one endpoint shows a few request hits.
- The tasks on that endpoint typically complete within 10–20 seconds.
- Only one instance shows minimal activity, while all other Serverless instances show no logs or usage.
We’re unable to match this minimal usage with the charges reflected in our billing. Has anyone experienced something similar or can help us understand what might be causing this?

We experienced the same issue. The logs do not indicate that there more than 3 requests during the day, (all of them finished within a few minutes). Still we were charged for several hours of runtime
Having the same problem, multiple charges, the logs are not even matching
You should email support, they have this tool to help you understand your charges a little better.

FWIW. Also seeing a massive spike in billing with a small number of requests.
