worldgen issue

absolutely no clue why this is happening but whenever i generate a large world it just refuses to generate a cave near spawn at all

i have no mods installed except for hero's mod which i'm using to check the world when i generate it
i've tested this on different world sizes and on vanilla and it only happens while generating a large world with tmod
