error CS0579: Duplicate 'global::System.Runtime.Versioning.TargetFrameworkAttribute' attribute
How to fix it? I try to run my ASP.NET Core Project and i get this error. I have Docly.csproj as root, dms_base.csproj as module to load and core.csproj as linker to a class IModule.cs
