problem with a mod

To play Calamity Infernum, I need the Subworld Library, but I uninstalled it a while ago and deleted it from the game. I tried to download it again, and it said "it's already installed or was installed," and I told myself to close the instance. I closed the game and reopened it, but it didn't install. I'm not very good at English. :c
