Downloading models for ComfyUI

I am deploying the official ComfyUI image on a server with 50GB pod disk size. But I am unable to download any large models through Comfy's model manager. The pod keeps running out of space. How can I fix this?

it seems like it works now that I increased the temporary 5GB of storage, am I not able to use the 50GB storage through comfy?

I am downloading the models through the ComfyUI directly, I haven't checked via SSH and I haven't seen anything in Jupyter, I assume comfy isn't mounted in /workspace. There probably is a way to tell Comfy to store the models somewhere else, and or create a symbolic link from the comfy folder to/workspace. But I think this is probably something that should be changed in the official runpod comfy image so I don't have to do it every time I start an instance.

Well all I am doing is setting up a pod with that image, it says I have the default 50 GB disk and 5 GB temp, I don't use any additional storage or settings When I increase the 5 GB to like 25 GB it works

im not support but im assuming if u are usimg warm pod and not serverless. Your just using a template that takes up too much gb and it doesnt have enough space on the gpu instance you started when you chose the size to install all the models you want even if its 50gb in comfyui could be other dependencies preinstalled taking up space from the og storage. 50gb storage isnt like 50gb free you feel me

But then why does increasing the 5 GB fix the problem? I assume it doesn't automatically expand to the 5 GB storage once the 50 GB one is full, right? But yeah, it's weird that there is space for the pre-downloaded models but not for the custom ones since they are all stored in the same directory
