steam switching to "Terraria"
my friend gets kicked out of my world every 10 minutes because my steam keeps switching from "TModloader" to "Terraria"

solved temporarily by restarting my game but it does it again and again
You can launch tModLoader with the start-tModLoader.bat file in the installation directory. It will only launch tModLoader and not Terraria. Your play time will not count for Terraria, though.
the problem is while playing tmodloader, my steam just randomly switches my status from "playing TModloader" to "playing Terraria"
which kicks out anyone else from the server
and they can only join back
once i restart tmodloader
apologies for the bad phrasing i was a bit tired when i first wrote it
The solution is still the same. Using the start-tModLoader.bat does not launch Terraria at all.
i've been doing that, but the people i'm playing with can't join at all sometimes
so i have to restart the server
which gets boring after a while
