Seeking Middleware for Automatic Object to DTO Transformation in `HttpApi`

I am trying to put together some middleware fior 
HttpApi
 to perform automatic transformation of full objects to their corresponding DTOs. Seems pretty basic to me so wanted to ask if anyone was aware of anyone already doing such a thing?
