Supabase self-hosted logging stopped working

I needed to rebuild my local supabase. i deleted all images and containers and ran

supabase start

supabase start

. everything seemed to come up as expected. However now when i look in the console at logs there are none and I see this error when i look into the supabase_analytics container:
