Setting up project but hasn't connected longer than 3hrs

i already contacted support and, still waiting for their reply.

umm i can't click any menu on supabase

You could not click trouble shooting for support?
If you go to the organization main menus are you able to see option to create orgs and projects?
If your instance/project is hung up then certainly the menus for it won't do anything.

The only other thing you can try is a VPN. But the case we see with the dashboard locking up is usually temporary and solved in the near term with a different browser, device or VPN. If you have tried those then you have to wait for support.
