Customization code? (DD DU DD) make sure your doing dubble taps correctly.
How do I double tap?
To double-tap on a touch screen, simply tap the screen twice in quick succession. This is similar to double-clicking a computer mouse button. You'll know if you did the double tap correctly when it gives off one sound.
If you're having difficulty or don't know how double tapping works, please see the instructional animated GIF below. If you still don't know how to double tap, you're on your own.

I already did it again and tried in the prototype and in the alf but it doesn't work out
@Austin 24KπΊπΈ There is a command to restart the app from scratch, it's time to try because I do the dubble tap well and it doesn't work?
You can go into settings of your device and reset app data
