Nvidia Driver Issue

Hello, I am having issues with my current setup. I had it working until I swapped my gpu into a new case with new equipment. All is working except for my gpu. I can't get Immich to recognized the Machine Learning. In my compose I needed to comment out some sections as they were causing my containers to fail. Mostly because the Machine Learning didn't recognize my gpu. Any input would be appreciated. My current setup is as follows:
Rocky 9 Linux 5.14.0-570.23.1.el9_6.x86_64
MSI B660 Tomahawk DDR4 Wifi
12th Gen i5
Nvidia GTX1070 (Driver 575.57.08 / CUDA 12.9)
