Integrating Effect.fn or gen with TanStack Start Server Functions
any chance anyone in here has found a nice pattern for integrating Effect.fn or gen (or some rendition of this) with tanstack start Server Functions? trying to find the least verbose pattern but of course i can't provider Effect.fn directly to the .handle option
