Npcs stuck in the corner of the map

Hello. Whenever I join my world, all my npcs are locked into the corner of my map. No matter what I do, they stay there. I have no idea why this is happening. The mods I have that I have are: Quality of Terraria, cheat sheet, hero's mod, starlight river, mech boss rework, consolaria, Fargo's mutant mod, alchemist npc, and overhaul. I have more loaded, but none of them add anything that could cause this
