Reset email confirmation status

Hi, I am testing auth and when I delete my recod in my User's table and sign up again I am not getting email confirmation. Is that normal? I would like to start from scratch and trigger the email confirmation.

Also, the reset password email directs me to the login screen. Is that something I have configured incorrect?
