Separate Library and Upload location
I used to have Immich v1.120.1 installed on Debian VM, unfortunately my SSD broke and I had to reinstall it. I have backup of thumbs, DB, .env and docker-compose.yaml.
My past setup stored everything related to immich (upload, thumbs, encoded-video, profile, backups) on the SSD, while the migration storage template would later move the photos to my external HDD (to /mnt/usb-d1/photos_immich/admin). When I used to set it up I found a github discussion about it https://github.com/immich-app/immich/discussions/2328#discussioncomment-5712579 and it was exactly what I needed.
The discussion is quite old and project is developing quickly, I wanted to ask if it's still the way to store all my photos (one external library for old photos and internal library for migration storage template for current photos) on HDD and immich related stuff on SSD?
