Inquiry About Stability and Roadmap for Effect's API Platform

I'm very (very) new to effect, but I'm considering it to create my new app. I saw that platforms to create an API is marked as unstable. Do we know how unstable is the API, or is there any roadmap somewhere? I tried to check on the official website, and on the GIT repo, with no success sadly
